1. Level 1: Every report in the Reports pull down menu can be ran from any store at any time in real time. This feature allows for centralized reporting. Several cross reports are available. A cross report is a report that includes the same information from each store. For example, the Totals cross report will list each store and how much was sold in services, products, etc. Each store can "see" a list of other stores on the wide area network and view basic information including: store name, IP or URL, and software version. $1,999 per store. Includes licenses for two computers on a local area network (LAN). Each additional LAN computer license is $249. Purchase now.
2. Level 2: All features of Level 1. In addition, at all locations, you may access the appointment book and redeem gift cards. $2,999 per store. Includes licenses for two computers on a local area network (LAN). Each additional LAN computer license is $249. Purchase now.
   

Requirements
The following are required:

• A copy of Salon Iris chain salon software at each location.
• Any of the following operating systems:
  • Windows Server 2003 (Recommended)
  • Windows XP Professional (Home will not work)
  • Windows Vista
  • Windows Server 2008
• Two or more locations with a full time Internet connection. Either a static or dynamic IP can be used. A static IP is recommended. If a dynamic IP is used, we recommend that you use a DNS service, such as No-IP (www.No-IP.com)
• Internet Information Server (IIS) must be installed.
• SQL server must be installed. The free version of SQL server is available for download from our website.
• Optional: VPN

Installation and Setup

• Please contact us for enrollment information. After you enroll, we will assist you with the setup and provide you with a user name and serial number.
• Make sure your business meets the requirements listed above.
• Make sure you have all of the latest Windows updates from Microsoft. You can check this by clicking on on the Start button => All Programs => Windows Update
