Q: How do I track back bar products?
A: It's easy. Just make a ticket and sell to a client called, "Back Bar." For employee, be sure to select "None" or commission will be paid to that employee for the back bar item. For product price, just type in $0. After closing the ticket, you can edit the "Back Bar" client and look at all previous products purchased.

Q: How do I track a client that does not show up for an appointment?
A: On the open appointment ticket, click the 'No Show' button. The appointment ticket will be closed and a record of the no show will be recorded for the client. You can do reports based on the number of no shows a client has.
