Updates are purchased based on the edition of software you are currently using. Choose your current edition to purchase an update. To see what your current edition is, open your Salon Iris software and from the Help pull-down menu, select About.

Ready to install the update?

Installing the update is easy! Once you've purchased the update, or if you qualify for a free update, just follow these simple steps to update your software to Version 10. Installation is so quick and easy, there’s no need to call us.

1.

Make a backup of your database in the current version of Salon Iris. Go to the "File" menu and select "Backup Database" to do this. Then close Salon Iris.

2.

Download the update installation file clicking the link below. Select the option to run the file when it is finished downloading.

Some required programs may automatically download and install before the Salon Iris update is installed. Just click the "Next" prompts as they come up, and be sure to restart your computer when asked to do so.

4.

After everything is finished installing, open Salon Iris from the desktop icon. Your database will be automatically updated which will take a few minutes, and when it's done you'll be all set to use Salon Iris Version 10!

If you have multiple computers using Salon Iris, be sure to install the update on EACH computer. All computers must be using the same version of the software to run properly.

Ready to install the update?

You can download and install the update to get started using all the great new features. This will only take a couple of minutes, and you just have to follow a few quick steps.

  1. Make a backup of your database in the current version of Salon Iris. Go to the File menu and select Backup Database to do this.
  2. Download the update file and save it to your computer.
  3. Once the update file is saved, run the file. Follow the prompts to install the software.
