Client Balance Overview

This instructional video will demonstrate how to easily modify your client’s balance.

To add to a client’s balance, create a ticket and click on the Special button to select ‘Client Balance’. Then ‘Add Additional Credit’. You’ll be asked how much you want credited to the customer’s account. Click the ‘Checkout/Close’ button to complete the transaction. After checking out, the credit will be applied to the customer’s record.

To pay off a client’s balance, create a ticket and click the Special button to select ‘Client Balance’, then ‘Payoff Balance’. You’ll then be asked how much the customer would like to pay off. Click the ‘Checkout/Close’ button to complete the transaction. After checking out, the balance will be adjusted on the customer’s record.
